Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Creator Store, the WhatsApp e-book store and website at https://creatorstores.xyz, operated by Lugarawa Bookshop, Dodoma, Tanzania. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Creator Store lets Tanzanian creators and authors sell e-books, and lets customers browse, buy and receive those e-books in a WhatsApp chat.

2. Purchases and delivery

• Prices are shown in Tanzanian shillings before you pay.
• Payments are made with mobile money through AzamPay. You confirm each payment on your own phone.
• After the payment is confirmed, the e-book is delivered in the chat. E-books are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

3. Refunds

• If you paid but did not receive your book, or the file does not work, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.
• If a refund is needed because of a fault in our system, you will receive a full refund.
• Other refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. A 20% processing fee may be deducted.
• We may refuse refund requests that abuse this policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, spam, abuse of other users or staff, or to distribute content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend access for users who break these Terms.

5. Authors and intellectual property

Authors keep ownership of their books. By listing a book, an author confirms they own it or have the right to sell it, and gives us permission to sell and deliver it to customers. If you believe a book infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.

6. Messaging consent

By messaging our WhatsApp number you agree to receive replies and messages about your orders, payments and deliveries. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of subscription content and updates, and START to opt back in. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
